The Basic Principle
Ultrasound energy delivered internally through a specially liposuction probe, is directed into areas of concern. Now using any liposuction canula, the emulsified fat is then suctioned off. The ease of liposuction is phenomenal. As the emulsified fat just pours through into the suction device. Since the energy is also delivered superficially, there is excellent skin retraction, hitherto not seen previously. Botox
As an anti-aging treatment, Botox has been amazingly successful. Like Botox, Restylane is injected under facial wrinkles and creases. Lasting from a few minutes to an hour, the procedure is non-invasive, and the minor swelling from the needle pricks will disappear after as little as 3 days. Some surgeons ask patients to return two or three weeks later for reassessment and a ‘touch-up’ if necessary.
Collagen Treatments
One of the important structural components of the dermis, (the layer below the skin) is a protein called Collagen. Among many other things, collagen gives the skin strength and flexibility. Unfortunately, after the age of 35, the production of collagen diminishes at about 1% a year - gradually leaving the skin wrinkled and flaccid. Collagen replacement treatment involves injecting small amounts of collagen to fill out sagging skin, usually in the face region.
Juvederm
Juvéderm is one of the newest of the so-called “injectable fillers”. Juvéderm is used by cosmetic surgeons to soften deep folds and reduce facial wrinkles. Like Restylane, Juvéderm largely comprises of hyaluronic acid, a substance normally found in your skin, muscles, and tendons. Juvederm gel, injected into the face, gets absorbed by the body over time but may last longer than other wrinkle treatments such as collagen injections. Breast implants do not come in cup sizes. Unfortunately you cannot simply visit with a plastic surgeon and ask them for D cup breast implants. Once you understand a little about what goes into breast enlargement, however, you will know how to ask for what you want from your plastic surgery doctor.
Breast implants come in various sizes defined by the amount of saline or silicone volume within the implant. For example, smaller breast implants come in sizes such as 175cc, 225cc and so on. The largest implants come in sizes like 1200cc, 1600cc, and even 2000cc. An implant size of around 350cc seems to be the most common.
Each surgeon is different and will discuss the breast size topic with you in the way they are most comfortable. In summary, doctors will talk about it this way:
1) Some will talk about bra cup size with you, but they will be sure to talk about it in general ways.
2) Other doctors will only talk about breast implant sizes.

Today’s sizing systems are designed so that you can try on various breast implant sizes to get an idea of how large your breasts will be given different sizes. By wearing various breast implant sizes over a period of a few weeks, you will begin to feel the difference as to what breast size is best for you.
Breast sizing systems usually come with sports bras that have no cup size. The reasons for this are all the same as noted above. The critical value to these systems, however, is that you can wear your favorite breast size to your consultation and show the doctor what kind of breast size you want. The clear advantage to this method is that you can show the doctor what you want in three-dimensions and on your own body. That is far better than talking in general terms or using pictures of other people.
